When budget concerns fail to allow for needed web design experts to be available to produce the necessary page, website, or advertising text or technology that is necessary to keep their business running smoothly, many small business owners will turn toward using helpful templates, tutorials, and tools found on the internet for quick project results. Below is a list of our favorite FREE css website templates that are available online.

We call this template the “blue shore” due to the blue theme, however keep in mind the color scheme can be easily changed. This download includes the layered .psd file, as well as the coded css files (.html, css, js). We decided to add drop shadows to the site frame which required the use of .png files (considering the gradient background to the site). Included is a .js hack (png-fix) the png images render properly in both IE 5 – 6.
