In my personal opinion (as both a programmer, and designer), I find that it is pretty “straightforward” and easier to code a website, rather than design it. While a programmer can sit down with a list of instructions and tasks.. and well.. code it, a designer has to actually think of the design and create it accordingly. You can sit for hours on end just thinking of where to start. Over the past few years we’ve collected a list of bookmarks that can certainly decrease the time involved with planning your design by sparking a few creative ideas.
