Here is a PSD banner template with 5 different (but similar) versions. The banner is 728×90.

This is our Corporate Mix website psd template. It’s a bit unfinished, but we figured it was good enough to put up even if you only end up using the frame.. so.. enjoy 
This template can be used for either a business card layout or a discount card (which was our initial intent). It was originally designed for a Furniture retailer type of website but it can be easily modified to fit any business or purpose.
This .psd was one of 2 compositions we did for an escort service (this one obviously wasn’t the winner.. thus its yours for free )
Considering our client holds full rights to the original picture that was included in the design, we had to remove it from this template. Basically the black silhouette was a model/escort cutout.
