WhatTheFont.com is a really neat site that will take any image you upload, and give you a listing of the closest matching fonts (you can view a list of matches, so it you can even pick similar fonts if you’d like).
I use this site on a weekly basis. It saves a lot of time when dealing with clients that do not have the original source files to their projects.
