Xobni for Outlook, if you dont have… Get it!

By now most of us are already familiar with Microsoft Outlook – in fact it is used on a day-to-day basis by many internet users to keep in touch with one another and manage our online contacts. However, the basic version of Outlook is not exactly the most user-friendly of applications; especially once you see the enhancements that Xobni has to offer.

Xobni (which is simply “inbox” spelled backwards) is a highly innovative and rather new web application that focuses on one main goal – and that is to provide Microsoft Outlook users with an interface that makes it easier to navigate your inbox and find the exact messages you are looking for. And it doesn’t even matter how old (or new) a message is. With the Xobni toolbar installed, every message you receive will be accompanied with all of the prior conversations between you and the sender. This is a great way to stay on top of even the busiest of e-mail inboxes while making sure that you keep your most important clients at the top of your contact list.

To compliment these services, Xobni also includes the ability to extract phone numbers from e-mails, schedule appointments, and even find out more information about your personal contacts online with just the push of a button. Why exactly these features weren’t included with the original version of Microsoft Outlook is anybody’s guess, but their short-sightedness has opened up the door for the Xobni toolbar and all of its advanced features.
